What is the Regional Science and Engineering Fair?

The Sabal Elementary School Science and Engineering Fair will be held on January 25, 2024.  Projects will be due on January 18, 2024, and students will have science lessons during their classes to learn about the process before the holiday break.

The Regional Science and Engineering Fair is a showcase of student projects in three divisions:

● Science ● Engineering ● Computer Science. 

Fourth through sixth graders will compete against each other in each of the categories. 

You can choose the category in which you will compete, but you can only submit one project to the fair. For example, you cannot enter a coding project and also be a team member on an engineering project. You can work with a partner, but each partner needs to complete their own logbook and you will share a board.
