Ashley Woltman

School Counselor

Hello, my name is Ashley Woltman and I’m the School Counselor here at Sabal Elementary. I'm originally from upstate New York but after endless debates, I made the decision to move to Florida to be closer to family and friends. I have been working at Sabal ever since and I always look forward to watching our students transition through our school as well as meeting new students to come.

A little bit about myself... I graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling in 2021. I graduated from Syracuse University in 2024 with a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, with the goal to pursue state licensure in the field. I believe our education is ongoing and I’m always seeking opportunities to learn new skills and perspectives that can network into the school setting as well as help families in our district. I received my Clinical Educator Training Certification in 2025 with the hope to take all that I've learned in the field and train new School Counselors entering the career. I look forward to my future here at Sabal as well as the future of all our students. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, going to the beach, and walking my dog, Leo.

Please don’t hesitate to email or call me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns!

Hello! Hola! My name is Ilsia Bonilla and I am the School Social Worker for Sabal Elementary. I provide school-based services such as individual and group counseling, crisis support, and help connecting students and families with community resources. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN.  I am passionate about making sure every student feels supported, heard, and empowered to succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy caring for my plants, visiting new coffee shops, and spending time with my loved ones.
